How quickly do you reply?
Same working day for messages received before 4pm, and first thing the next morning otherwise. WhatsApp is the fastest route to us.
Can I visit the office?
Yes — walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. If you are coming to discuss a specific project, call ahead so the right person is available.
Do you quote over the phone?
For standard items, yes. For anything involving design, custom sizes or installation we will ask a few questions and send a written quote so nothing is misunderstood.
What payment methods do you accept?
Mobile Money, bank transfer and cash. A deposit confirms the job; the balance is due on delivery or handover.
