Before you ask.
How long does a job take?
Standard print runs take 3–5 working days from artwork approval. Design projects run 5–10 working days depending on scope. Websites take 2–4 weeks. Express options are available on most print work.
Do you need a deposit?
Yes. A deposit confirms the job and reserves your slot in the production queue. The balance is due on delivery or handover. Everything is agreed in writing on the quote before any work starts.
Can you work from artwork I already have?
Absolutely. Send us print-ready files and we go straight to production. If the files are not press-ready we will tell you exactly what is wrong and quote separately to fix it.
Do you deliver outside Accra?
Yes. We deliver across Accra ourselves and ship nationwide through courier partners. Delivery cost is quoted upfront with the job, never added afterwards.
Who owns the design files?
You do, once the job is paid for in full. That includes editable source files for logos and brand identity work, and every login for websites we build.
